1.概述
    1.1 DAI型泵系单吸多级分段式离心泵,供输送清水及物理化学性质类似于水的液体之
用。改变叶轮,密封环和轴套等零件的材料,也可用于汲送腐蚀性的介质。液体的最高温度
不得超过80℃。适合于矿山排水、工厂及城市生活、消防给水之用。
    1.2本系列泵所执行的标准是
    企业标准Q/BBCO01《DAI型离心泵型式与基本参数>
    国家标准GB5659《多级离心泵技术条件)。
    1.3泵的型号意义:
    如DAI - 80×5    DAl-单吸多级分段式离心泵
    80-出水口直径    5-叶轮的数量
    1.4从原动机方向看泵、泵为顺时针方向旋转。
2.结构说明
    2.1本型泵的吸人口位于进水段上,呈水平方向;吐出口在出水段上、垂直向上。水泵
装配良好与否,对性能影响关系很大,尤其是各个叶轮的出口与导叶的进口中心,其中稍有
偏差即将使水泵的流量减少,扬程降低,效率差。故在检修后装配时务必注意,若有偏差必
须调整。
    9.9水泵的主要零件有:进水段、中段、出水段、叶轮.导叶、出水导叶、轴,密封
环,平衡盘、平衡环、轴套、尾盖及轴承体。
    a.进水段,中段、导叶、出水段导叶,出水段及尾盖均为铸铁制成,共同形成泵的工作
室。
  b.叶轮为铸铁制成,内有叶片,液体沿轴向单侧进入,由于叶轮前后受压不等,必然存
在轴向力,此轴向力由平衡盘来承担。叶轮制造时经静平衡试验。
    c.轴为经调质处理的优质碳素钢制成,中间装有叶轮、用键、轴套及轴套螺母固定在轴
上。轴的一端安装联轴器部件,与电机直接联接。
    d.密封环为铸铁制成,防止水泵高压水漏回进水部分,各密封环分别固定在进水段与中
段之上,为易损件,磨损后可用备件更换。
    e.平衡环为耐磨铸铁制成,固定在出水段上、它与平衡盘共同组成平衡装置。
    平衡盘为耐磨铸铁制成,装在轴上,位于出水段与尾盖之间,用于平衡轴向力。
    £轴套为铸铁制成,位于填料室处,作固定叶轮和保护泵辅之用,为易损件,磨损后可
用备件更换。
    g.轴承采用单列向心球轴承,用钙基黄油润滑。
    2.3填料起密封作用,防止空气进入(进水段侧)和大量液体漏出(出水段侧)。填料密
封由进水段和尾盖上的填料室、填料压盖、填料环及填料等组成,少量高压水流人填料室中
起水封作用。填料的松紧程度必须适当,不可压得太紧亦不可太松,以液体能一滴一滴地渗
出为准,如果填料太紧,轴套容易发热,同时耗费功率;填料太松,由于液体流失要降低水
泵效率。

    2.4在实际工作时,压力表所指示的出水压力决定于泵轴中线至排水面之垂直高度及排
水管路中全部(包括所有阀门、弯头,锥管)水头(米)损失之总和。真空表所指示的真空
高度决定干泵轴中心至吸水面之垂直高度及吸水管路中的全部水头损失之总和。因此自吸水
面至出水面的垂直高度加上吸水及排出管路上全部扬程损失之总和,必须在水泵规定的工作
范围内,高于或低于泵规定的工作范围使用都是不经济的。
    9.5最大吸上真空高度(米)水柱,为一个标准大气压和水温20℃条件下,在一定流量
时,水泵允许的最大吸上高度。用户在安装水泵时要注意从选用水量为最大许可吸上真空高度
(米)中,减去吸水管路中全部(包括阀门,弯头、底阀、过滤器等)水头损失及水温与大气压
力对吸上真空高度的影响。从性能表中可以看出,当水量增大时允许吸上真空高度就小;水量
减小时允许吸上真空高度就大一些。水泵在一定水量工作时,若真空度超过该水量的许可真空
度,输水高和输水量将发生变化,有发生气蚀的可能,对水泵的性能有极大的影响。
    2.6在规定的标准转数下,本水泵的主要性能符合本说明书中所列的主要性能。
    2.7本型泵规定的转数是泵的最高转数,在泵运转中只允许比规定转数偏高4%a
3.装配、起动、运转及停止
  3.1装配顺序:
  a.将密封环分别紧装在进水段和中段上。
  b.把导叶套装在导叶上,然后将导叶装在所有的中段上去。
  c.将装好的轴套甲和键的轴,穿过进水段,并推A叶轮;在中段上铺上一层纸垫,装上
中段,再推入第二个叶轮,重复以上步骤,将所有的叶轮及中段装完。
  d.将平衡环、平衡套及出水段导叶分别装在出水段上。
  e.将出水段装在中段上,然后用拉紧螺栓将进水段、中段与出水段紧固在一起。
  f-装上平衡盘及轴套乙(DAl - 50型泵无此件)。
  g.将纸垫装到尾盖上,将尾盖装到出水段上,并将填料及填料环、填料压盖顺次装入进
水段和尾盖的填料室。
    h.将轴承体分别装到进水段和尾盖之上,并用螺栓紧固。
    i.装入轴承定位套,滚珠轴承,并以螺母紧固。
    j.在轴承体内装入适量黄油,并将纸垫套在轴承盖上,将轴承盖装到轴承体上以螺钉紧
固。
    k.装上联轴器部件,放气旋塞及所有的丝堵。
    拆卸按上述相反步骤进行。
    3.2安装:
    3.2.1安装前的准备工作
    a.检查水泵和电机。
    b.装备工具及起重机械。
    c.检查机器的基础。
    3.2.2安装顺序

    a.整套水泵运到现场(对泵与电机合装发货的产品,找平底座时可不必卸下水泵和电机)。
    b.装底座放在地基上,在地脚螺钉附近垫楔形铁块。将底座垫高,准备找平后填充水泥
浆之用。
  c.用水平仪检查底座的水平度,找平后用水泥浆填充地角预留孔。
  d.经3-4天水泥干固后,再检查一下水平度。
  e.将底座的支持平面、水泵脚、电机脚的平面上的污物洗清除净,并把水泵和电机放到
底座上。
    £把平尺放在联轴器上,检查水泵轴心线与电机轴心线是否重合(泵和联轴器之间留有
一定间隙).若不重合,在电机或泵的脚下垫以薄铁板,使两个联轴器外圆与平尺相平,然后
取出垫的凡片簿铁片,用经过创制的整块铁板来代替铁片,并重新检查安装情况。
    为了检查安装的精度,在几个相反位置上用塞尺测量两联轴器平面的间隙。联轴器平面
一周上最大与最小间隙差数不得超过0.3毫米,两端中心线上下或左右的差数不得超过0.1
毫米。
    g.吸水管与排水管都应有承担其本身重量的支撑物,以防止损坏泵的法兰,对带有底阀
的吸入管,与泵吸入法兰连接的横向吸人管应保持水平或朝底阀方向倾斜,以防止管内存有
空气。数台泵并联使用,泵进口为负压时,每台泵必须有单独的吸入管。
    3.3起动和停止:
    3.3.1起动
    a.将轴上及其它涂油件上所涂的油除净。
    b.用汽油清洗轴承或油塞,用棉纱擦净。
    c.在轴承体内加入钙基黄油。
    d.试验起动,先卸下联轴器的联接柱销,严防水泵反转而使螺母松开,然后开动电机,
检查电机旋转方向正确后再装上柱销,对装有爪形联轴器的泵,在泵内注满水,用电机点动
方式检查电机转向,反转时间过长将导致泵转子部件的松动。严禁在泵内无水时空转试车;
    e.往泵内注水或真空泵引水。
    £关闭排水管上的闸阀及压力计旋塞=
    g.上述过程完毕后,启动电机,打开压力计旋塞。
    h.当水泵以正常转数运转时,压力计显示适当压力,然后打开真空表旋塞并逐渐打开排
水管路上的闸阀直到需要的压力为止。
    3.3.2停车
    a.当停止水泵时,要慢慢地关闭排水管路上的闸阀关闭真空表旋塞,并停止电机,然
后关闭压力表旋塞。
    b.长期停止使用水泵,水泵应拆卸开,将泵零件上的水擦干,并在滑动面上涂以防锈油
妥善保存。
    3.4运转时的注意事项
    a.注意水泵轴承温度,不得超过外界温度35℃,其极限温度不得大干80℃。
    b.填料室内正常漏水程度,以每分钟20至40滴为准,应随时调整填料压盖压紧程度。
    c.定期检查联轴器,注意电机轴承温升。
    d.运转过程中,如发生噪音或异常的声音时,应立即停车检查其原因。
