 OJ (R)型井用潜水电泵使用说明书

    一,概述

用途与特点

    QJ(R)型井用潜水电泵是根据国家标准设计的节能产品,主要用于从深井中提取地下水,也

广泛应用于农田灌溉、城市、工矿企业的供排水、高原、山区的人畜用水和高层建筑等的加压供

水。

    该型泵由QJ(R)型潜水泵和YQS型潜水电机组成一体潜入水下进行工作。具有结构紧凑、体

积小、噪音低、没有二次污染、安装使用维护方便、运行安全可靠、高技节能、不需建造泵房等

优点。可立式和卧式安装使用;也可用于开放性水域和作为地面泵使用,与其它地面给排水泵相

比具有占用空间小,无污染和泄漏、安装使用方便等优点。可用于小区和高层、别墅供水等场

所。是传统ISG、DL等离心泵的理想替代抽、排水工具。

使用条件

    l、电源为50Hz380V的三相交流电源。

    2、水温不得高于20C

3、水中固体物含量(按质量计)不大干O.Ol%

4、水的酸碱度PH值为6.5-8.5

5、水中氯离子含量不大干400mg/L

6、潜水电泵的潜入水中的深度不大干70m

上述条件是基本使用条件,如使用条件超出上述范围时,可特殊制作,以保证泵正常运行。

四、安装

安装前对井的检查

    (1)井径的检查

    机组在安装前,检查井径的直径是否符合机组机座号的要求。井壁管应正直,使电泵在井

中可以上,下自由活动。

    (2)水井的洗涤

    新打的水井必须进行洗井,清除井中泥沙后,方能安装QJ型潜水电泵。

    <3)水质的检查

    按使用条件的要求,检查水井的水质。若水质超过了规定范围,将会{I起泵的过流部位、

轴的快速磨损腐蚀,影响电泵的寿命。

    (4)井台的检查

    检查井台能否承受整个机组的重量。

安装前的准备工作

    由于电泵轴承采用水润滑材质,因此严禁脱水运转。

    (1)电机在安装前,应检查其装配质量是否良好,紧固件有无松动现象,电缆有无破损,

电源和电器装置是否可靠,电源的电压、频率是否和铭牌相符,检查电机轴的转动是否灵活。

    (2)电机通电前,必须用洁净的清水(不含沙)注满电机,方法详见图七及说明。

    (”电机注满清水后,应检查所有螺母处有无渗水和漏水现象,若有渗水的地方,应及时采取措施进行处理,同时检测绕组对机座的绝缘电阻不低于150MΩ。额定电压为380V时用500v兆欧表,额定电压为660V时用1000V兆欧表。

    (4)按电缆接头工艺所述工艺方法,将电机引出电缆与外接橡胶电缆接好,电机注瀚水

后,在接近室温的水中浸泡12小时,检查绕组(包括引出电缆)对机壳的绝缘电阻不低于

150MΩ。

    (5)接好开关,检查线路和变压容量,一切正常后,瞬时接通电机(不超过1秒),看转

向是否与泵上的转向标牌一致,如相反,可将三相电源接头任意调整二相,此后电缆接线相序不可变更。

    (6)检查水泵的装配质量是否良好,坚固件有无松动以及在运输中有无损伤,轴向窜量是否达到要求,逆止阀是否动作。

    (7)从进水节处检查泵转动是否灵活,若有卡死现象,应查明原因,予以排除。

(8)按图八所示的方法,将泵和电机联接在一起,并用螺栓坚固好,上好滤水网,准备下井,此时严禁通电运转。

    (6)电缆绑扎线(塑料绳或废钢铜线等),数量为2倍的管路根数,每根500m左右。

    (7)仪表:兆欧表、钳形电流表等。

电泵的安装安装水井中(见图九)

    在电泵的逆止阀体接上一节短输水管,在管子的适当位置夹紧安装夹板。用吊链将电泵吊起,慢慢放入井内,等到夹板可靠地放到井台上,松开吊链取下挂钩。将第二节管子可靠地接到第一节管子上,并用第二付安装夹板夹紧,用吊链吊挂,然后拆下第一付夹板。按上述方法使泵继续下落,装好所有的管路。最后将夹板夹在管子的适当位置,牢固地固定在井台上,接上输水弯管。

安装于水池及开放性水域中:  (带导流罩)

    电动机进行转向和空载检查后,将电机与水泵联结好,装干导流罩中,注意安装过程中注意保护电缆,不得磕碰、损伤电缆。若安装于大口井中,则可按照上述水井安装下泵方法进行安装;若安装于水池中,则可直接将水泵放于水池中。

电泵安装过程中的注意事项

    (l)电缆线需放人输水管法兰盘的凹槽内,并用耐水绑绳将电缆固定在辅水管上。下井时

电缆绝对不能当吊绳使用,要防止电缆下井过程中擦伤。

    (2)电泵在下井过程中如发现卡住现象,千万不能强行下泵,否则容易造成电泵零件损坏、电缆擦伤,甚至出现脱钩的严重后果。应将电泵提出井外查明原因后下井。

    (3)联接输水管时,两法兰盘面之间应放入密封胶垫,带胶垫放正后再紧固螺栓,各螺栓的紧固应均匀,防止法兰盘歪斜而漏水。

    (4)电泵应潜入动水位以下,底部距井底不小于3m,当流量小于200m3/h时,淹没深度大于0. Sm,当流量大干200m3h时,淹没深度大干4m,但潜入深度不得超过70m,电机部分不能安装到接触泥沙的部位,否则,电机因散热不好,会过热烧毁。

    (5)安装过程中随时测量绝缘电阻,下井后检查电机绝缘电阻不得小于5M。接好电气设备,方可启动。

Matters needing attention in the installation of electric pump

(2) in the process of electric pump, such as the discovery of stuck phenomenon, do not force the pump, otherwise it is likely to cause damage to electric pump parts, cable scratches, and even the serious consequences of decoupling. The electric pump should be put forward to find out the reason behind the well.

(3) when the water pipe is connected, the two flange surface should be placed in a sealant pad, with a rubber pad, and then tighten the bolts, the bolts should be uniform, to prevent the leakage of the flange plate.

(4) the pump should dive into the water level below the bottom from the bottom is not less than 3m, when the flow rate is less than 200m3/h, submerged depth more than 0 Sm, when the flow is more than 200m3 / h, but big submerged depth 4m, submerged depth should not exceed 70m, the motor can not be installed to contact sediment area, otherwise, the motor because the heat is not good, burn out.

(5) at any time to measure the insulation resistance of the installation process, after the inspection of the motor insulation resistance shall not be less than 5M. Pick up the electrical equipment, can start.

五、起动、运转、停机

        起动

    QJ型潜水电泵额定功率等于或小于15kW的机组,采用满压起动,配有启动保护器;额定功

率大于15kW的机组采用降压起动,配有启动补偿或控制柜。

    试转向:

    如果流量、扬程偏小,可让泵在闭阀状态下,通过调换三相电源接头的任意两相,改变旋转方向。旋转方向不同,压力表的读数也不同,压力较高的方向就是正确的旋转方向。

也可以在阀门打开的情况下,从流量的大小来判别旋转方向,流量较大的方向为正确的旋转方向。用户在出口可安装阀门控制出口流量,调节电机电流在额定电流,以使泵在最佳状态下运行,以防烧毁电机。

运转

    (l)随时观察电泵的振动、噪声情况。

    (2)注意流量是否正常。

    (3)随时观察电源电压、工作电流是否正常。

    (4)随时检查电器设备的完好性。

    (5)电泵长期使用,冷态绝缘电阻不低于5MΩ。在接近工作温度时,定予绕组的热态绝缘电阻应不低于0.5MΩ。

    (6)水泵应该在允许工作范围内(0.75-1.2倍额定流量)运行。因为在这种条件下,水泵效率较高,运行经济、可靠,轴向力适中。

    如果发生下列情况,必须立即停机:

    (1)工作电流超过额定电流20%时;

    (2)电源电压过高或过低时(高于400V或低干360V

    (3)电机绝缘电阻低于0.5MΩ时;

    (4)电泵出水严重不匀,甚至间断出水时;

    (5)机组有明显的振动和噪声时。

停机

   QJ型潜水电泵的连续停机时间不得超过14天,否则,水中的杂质、沉淀在轴承和叶轮间隙内,甚至会堵住水泵转轴。如果工作环境要求停机时间超过l4天,应至少每14天开动一次,运转5分钟,以保证机组随时开机使用。

六、维护和保养

    为延长使用寿命,电泵在工作中,如发现不正常现象,应及时查明原因予以排除(见第六部分)。当电泵遇有故障或经长期运行(2500小时或农业排灌一年)后,须提出检修时,其检修

程序如下:

机组的拆卸

    (1〕卸掉管路部分。

    (2)拆离电缆取下护线板。

    (3)旋下放水螺栓,放出电机内腔清水。

    (4)水泵部分的拆卸:

    拆下滤水网,拧下联接进水节和联接法兰的螺栓,松开联轴器紧定螺钉,使水泵和电机分爵。水泵部分的拆卸顺序按其结构分为两种:

    A.叶轮采用键联接的水泵拆卸顺序为:

    拆下逆止阀组装→扁接筋→上轴承体→轴头螺母→长轴套→泵壳→导叶→叶轮→键→中轴→承体→长轴套→泵壳→导叶→叶轮→键→联接段→泵壳→导叶→叶轮→中轴承体→键→泵壳→导叶→叶轮→键→吸人段→进水节→联轴器→键→泵轴。

    B.叶轮采用锥形套联接的水泵拆卸顺序为:

    拆下扁接筋→键→联轴器→进水节→锥形套→叶轮→导流壳→联接壳→锥形套→叶轮→导流壳→压出壳→逆止阀体(或水泵接头)→泵轴。

    (5)电机部分的拆卸:

    取下键及防沙环,将电机倒置放在平台上,依次拆下调压室→底座→止推轴承组装→推力盘→下导轴承座组装→转子组转。将电机正置竖放依次拆掉联接法兰→上导轴承座组装。

机组的装配

    在装配前应仔细清洗各零件的铁锈、油泥和污垢。检查和测量易损件和磨损情况。如发现止推轴承、推力盘及导轴承等磨损较大,应进行更换。装配时,将所有霉件的磨擦表面、滑动接触表面、配合表面(除橡胶轴承外)以及紧固件应涂上黄油,按与拆卸相反的顺序进行装配。

    调整推力盘与上止推轴承之问的间隙为0.5mm,方法是将电机倒立放置,上轴头端面与联接法兰上端面在同一平面上。用调整垫片调整上止推轴承端面与推力盘对应的端面间隙为0.3~0. 5mm,用左旋铜螺母紧固好。装入止推轴承座组装,将底座紧固在机壳上。旋入球面支柱,

使推力盘与上止推轴承压紧,将球面支柱退回1/3圈后,用铜螺母锁紧,松开底座螺母,再将调压盖装上(YQS200~300电机不必松开底座螺母,就可直接装入调压盖)。

    将电机正置放好,测电机轴头窜量为0.5mm,并保证轴头端面与联接法兰上端面在±0.5mm的公差范围内。从注水孔处进行压力为0.05MPa的耐水试验,历时5分钟而无渗漏现象。当轴伸油封唇口朝外安装时,允许轴伸表面有微量渗漏。

电泵的保存

   电泵长期不用时,应及时放出电机内清水,表面擦试干净,涂上防锈油,放在比较清洁、干燥、无化学腐蚀的场所。电机内腔充满清水后,严禁放在温度为0℃及以下的环境条件下,必须放净腔内清水,以防冻裂电机。

用符合自己工况的电泵品种规格,才能以最少的投入发挥最佳的效益,同时,合理的工况能有效

地延长机组寿命,所以一定要正确的选用电泵,要遵循科学的选泵程序,方法如下:

    1、掌握用户水源环境情况

    (1)与说明书中的使用条件要符合。

    (2)井况参数:最佳涌水量、井的深度、静水位、动水位、机井的内径大小,特别是井下

安装电泵机组位置的井径大小,井壁直线度等情况。

    (3)电源容量:配电变压器的容量为1.5-2倍电机额定容量。

  2、合理选择电泵品种规格

    (1)流量的初步选择。

    选择泵的流量大小,要从两方面着手,一是需水量,二是涌水量。

    需水量,就是生产、生活、灌溉的用水多少,可按实际需要确定,其中农田灌溉的需水量

可按下式计算:

    流量Q (m3/h)=每亩地灌水量(m3)×灌溉面积(亩)/轮灌一次的天数×每天工作时间(小时)

    每亩地灌水量,一般旱地每亩用40-50m3,水田由田中水深(m)×667(每亩田为

    (2)扬程的初步选择

    泵的扬程选择要从管路的不同布局来计算,一般包括井下垂直部分,井上水平部分,井上倾斜部分,井上垂直部分。

    所需要的总扬程等于静扬程和管路损失之和静扬程指井下动水位到出水口之间的垂直高度(包括倾斜部分的垂直高度)

    管路损失:包括直管的沿程损失和弯头类的局部损失之和,将局部损失忽略不计、直管的沿程损失可按表7查得。  (接表7《100米钢管沿程损失扬程表》)

    确定泵的扬程规格大小,可按以下关系式:

    (3)机座号的确定

    电泵的机座号是指适用井径的数字,例如200QJ型电泵适用于内径不小于200毫米的机井。

    内径大的机井可以使用小径尺寸的电泵,但是价格高且对泵不利,所以尽量选用与机井尺寸相符台的电泵。

    要注意,有的机井是变径式机井,不同深度井径不一样,越深井径越小,所以要按照下泵的深度位置的井径来确定电泵外径大小。

    (4)电泵的流量和扬程的规格确定

    选泵时首先确定适用机井大小的机座号,然后确定流量和扬程,初步选择泵的流量和扬程之后,产品目录中选择台适的流量和扬程的泵型号。

    特别需要指出的是,泵的额定流量和扬程不可能恰恰与用户要求的参数一致,这时,允许做一些变动即工况点可以偏离额定点运行。泵可在0.75~1.2倍额定流量范围内运行,这是泵的高教区,H要选用泵的运行工况在范围内运行就是正常工作状态,若在大部分时间内能使泵在额定点运行就是最佳工作状态。

    需特别注意的是:若用户使用的环境动水位变化比较大或者购买的泵与实际使用情况流吐,扬程相差比较悬殊,可再泵的出口增加出口阀门,以调整泵的流量,调整电机在额定电流状态下运行,以防烧毁电机。

    3、配套电缆的选择

    潜水电泵需要配套大小台适的井下电缆,以确保电机能正常起动,即从井口到电泵的压降损失不超过5%,因此同功率的电机当用于高扬程时,要配较大截面的电缆,当用于低扬程泵时,要配较小截面的电缆,在产品配套表中已规定清楚,用户按配套规定购买即可。

    注:上述电缆配套是指电源变压器在机井附近,没有考虑地面线路压降损失,当电源变压器距离机井较远时,用户要用普通电缆和架空线路将电源送到机井附近,确保电源容量能满足起动要求,即在机井附近起动时的电压达到380伏,若地面线路线径过小,起动时压降太大,在井口不足380伏,则到井下电泵的电压会更低,不能保证正常起动。

    4.开放水源

    在开放性水源(如大口径井,水库.池塘等场合)条件或水从泵上方进入,用户需向厂家说明,在机组外增加导流罩或选大一级电机配套,以确保电机冷却良好。

    选型举例:
