    1.2  泵为立式安装,具有结构紧凑、噪声低、运转安全、平稳,安装维修方便,占

    1.3  多级多出水口离心泵是在DL型泵的基础上结合用户的使用情况,以及公安部

2.结构说明

    2.1  DL型泵为立式结构,其吸口位于进水段上(泵的下部),吐出口位于出水段上

(泵的上部),均呈水平方向布置。可根据使用扬程的需要增减水泵级数。根据安装使用不

同,出水段可旋转90°180°270°等四个方位,以调整吐出口的安装位置。

    2.2  DL型泵的主要零件有:进段、中段、出水段、填料体、叶轮,导叶、出水段

导叶、轴、轴承、轴套,密封环、叶轮挡套、平衡鼓、平衡套,连接架等。

    a进水段、中段、出水段、导叶、出水段导叶、填料体均为铸铁制成,共同形成泵的工

作室。

    b叶轮为铸铁制成,液体沿轴向单侧进入,由于叶轮前后受压不等,必然存在轴向力,

此轴向力绝大部分由平衡鼓来承担,其余小部分残余轴向力由轴上端的向心推力球轴承来承

    c轴为优质碳钢制成,中间装确轮、叶轮挡套、平衡鼓和轴套,用键和轴套螺母固定

能用软填料,而且可与机械密封互换,当用软填料密封时,轴套磨损后可以更换。

  轴封为机械密封时,采用平衡室内的压力水进行润滑和冷却,泄流水由橡胶管引入进水

管。

  轴封为填料密封时,出水段上VJ 38”软管接头,用于把填料体中漏出的水通过软管排放

到地沟里,以保持水周围场地的整洁。

  f泵上端轴承采用钙基黄油润滑。

  g.DLR型热水泵的上部填料室和轴承采用常温清水冷却,冷却水的进口在填料室部位,

出口在轴承部位(下进上出),出、进水口皆以Sp3/8管螺纹与冷却水管网相连。

3.泵的装配与拆卸

 

 

  a.将防砂管插入进水段孔内。将水中轴承装入水中轴承套内,并装在进水段上。

  b装导叶套装到导叶上,然后将导叶装到所有的中段上。

  c.将平衡套压在出水段上,并装上出水段导叶。

  d在填料体上拧好双头螺栓,装上填料和填料压盖。

  e.装好灌水回水管部件。

  £在轴上嵌上短键,将下轴套穿人装上,并用挡圈和螺栓压紧固定之。将两半卡环放{

轴上,装上卡环套。

  g.将电机联轴器装到电机上。

  3.2总装:

  a将轴穿入进水段,并将键放在轴键槽内,顺轴装上第一级叶轮和叶轮挡套。

  b将已装好导叶的的中顺轴装在出水段上,再装上第二级键,叶轮和叶轮挡套,重复【

上步骤,直至将所有键、叶轮,叶轮挡套和中段装完。

    c.装出水段装在中段上,再装上平衡鼓。

    d.将填料体顺轴装在出水段上,用拉紧螺栓将进水段、中段、出水段和填料体紧固在

    e.在轴上嵌上短键,装上轴套。轴封为机械密封时,应连同轴套装好,然后穿在轴上

并用密封压盖固定之。

    f.装入挡水套,将轴承盒装在填料体上,并用螺栓紧固。

    g.装上向心推力球轴承,并套上轴承垫圈,再装上第二个向心推力球轴承,并用螺母

固。

    h.往轴承盒内注入适量黄油,并将纸垫套在轴承盖上,将轴承盖装到轴承盒上,并用

栓紧固,再装上泵联轴器,并用手盘动转子,检查转子是否灵活。

    i将联接架装在填料体上,用螺母紧固之,并在联接架上安装好电机。

    j.在泵上装好灌水回水管部件,如轴封为机械密封,还应装上机械密封泄水用的泄流

管。

    k.装上联轴器柱销和填料。装好放气旋塞、黄油杯和所有的丝堵。

    3.3  泵的拆卸按上述相反步骤进行。

4.安装、起动、运转和停止

  41安装时的注意事项

  a.用水平仪检查泵的基础,泵的地脚螺栓拧紧后,再检查泵的法兰盘平面是否垂直。

  b.安装管路时,进、出水管路都应有自己的支架,不应使泵的法兰盘受到过大的压力

断裂。

  c.泵出口安装闸阀和止回阀的顺序是:泵出口——闸阀——止回阀——出水管

  d.对装填料密封的泵,安好3/8”软管(用户自备).把填料体的泄漏水排人地沟。对装

机械密封的泵,检查一下泄流软管(随机发货)是否安装正确(上端接填料体处,下端接进

水法兰盘)。

e.在输送热水时,泵的进口压力不应低于下表的规定,以免发生汽蚀。

  4.2  起动前的准备。

  a.在轴承盒内加入钙基黄油(此后就用外面的黄油杯补充)。

  b.拆下联轴器的柱销,试开电机,检查电机转向是否与泵相符。也可以在泵内灌满引水

时,点动电机。严禁车幂内无水的情况下起动水泵检查电电机转向。

  4 3起动

  a.打开出口法兰处的放气旋塞,打开灌水一回水管路上的截止阀,通过引水碗向泵内灌

注引水。若进口部分有一定压力时,则打开进口闸阀,向泵内注水。

  b关闭吐出管路上的闸阀及压力计旋塞。

  c.起动电机,打开压力计旋塞。

  d.压力计显示出压力后,打开真空计旋塞,并逐渐打开出口闸阀,直到获的所需压力为

  4.4运转

  ·a.泵长期运转时,流量不能超过性能表中规定的最大流量数值故出口管路阻力较小时,

  c.填料室内正常漏水,以每分钟20-40滴为宜。

  e泵在运转中发现有不正常的噪声时,应立即停车检查。

  a泵停止运转的顺序是:关闭出口管路上的闸阀——关闭真空计旋塞——切断电源停止

  b各季冷冻季节,短期停泵时,应拧开进水段上的丝堵和下部水中轴承盖上的长丝堵,

  d.长期停止用泵时,应将泵解体擦干水份,去除锈垢,涂上防锈油脂,重新组装好并妥
